From the first day Everydry came to survey my issue in the basement and offer a solution until the work was completed everyone at Everydry were very courteous. When the work was being done I was walked around to show me the progress and given the opportunity to ask questions. After a couple of significant rains I no longer have water coming in my basement. I am very pleased and recommend Everydry.

We had the waterproofing system installed 2015 and in that timeframe we have called with questions and minor issues and Everdry has responded quickly and professionally to revise any problems. The technicians explained what they would do and went right to work. After completing the work they showed me exactly what was done and asked if I was satisfied and they were on their way. A few days after the visit I received a follow-up call and the service call was reviewed and I was asked if I was satisfied or had any questions! Very professional!

I was nervous when I hired Everdry due to the extent of work needed done to my basement and yard. But they came in and did a wonderful job. Everyone was really nice to work with. There was a miscommunication in the description of a add-on job I needed them to do for me but they worked with me and in the end it all worked out. I would definitely work with them again. I would recommend them but depending on your level of work that needs done the packages can be very expensive. I can say though, so far it's been great. I've had zero water in my basement since they fixed it. Thank guys!

Recently had EverDry come to my home to check and fix a water problem in the walls of my crawl space. Drains were put outside and inside the walls emptying into a sump pump. All the young men were polite answering any questions I had. When the job was finished I was shown the results of their work. Clean up was done before they left and I would recommend EverDry to anyone needing a fix for their basement or crawl space water problem.

We had discoloring on a baseboard in our basement. I called Everdry because they had done my parents house when they came home to a soaked basement after a week of vacation. When the sales man arrived we had no idea what we were getting into. We inherited my grandparents house so there was no inspection by anyone. The service man told us the "dirt" on the walls in the laundry room and stain on the baseboard was mold from water coming into the house. He ran an air quality test and it was threw the roof. I had been coughing so much that I had to get an inhaler and hadn't been sleeping. Long story short we had them do the whole house, outside and in. The guys were very nice and showed up on time every day. They put the air purifier in the basement and about a month or 2 after the work I am no longer coughing. The mold has pretty much gone away with some spray to kill what was already there. We did have a problem with the concrete job in our bathroom but after calling the company they came back and redid the work. A little inconvenient but not our man bathroom and we were thankful they came back to make it right. I would definitely recommend them to anyone with water issues.

From start to finish the company was very responsive and professional. They explained all of our options and what was happening in our basement. They made sure they gave us a plan and updated on the progress. Overall no complaints good company.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Everdry. Every single person from this company that we interacted with was friendly and professional. A service like this is a pretty big investment but never once during the sales process did we feel pressured to do something we weren't comfortable doing. Everything was explained every step of the way from start to finish. The crew that did the work were awesome. They were always respectful of our time and our home, always punctual and put in a full day's work each day. I was amazed at how much they got accomplished in just a couple of days, and super impressed with how well their system works. Already we've had rains that would normally have soaked the basement, but for the first time since we bought the house, I don't have water on the floor. Friends of ours recommended Everdry to us, and we'd happily recommend them to others.

Some kind of work in the garage was on the horizon, but we had not decided when the project would start; we had begun the process of looking for professionals and getting recommendations and quotes so the timing was fortuitous. The canvassing and scheduling teams were polite but, being scrupulous consumers, we were not going to be won by pleasantries alone.
 
The sales person visited our home about a week later, as agreed. He was punctual, thoroughly informative, and respectful. The air quality test and inspections were completed, as promised, then he moved on to draft his recommendations. The follow-up call and visit after the initial sit down solidified our decision to move forward with this company; we appreciated the company's no-nonsense, educational approach.

They were professional, courteous, detailed, tidy (which is challenging for construction/home improvement projects), and young - which was an unexpected and delightful surprise. Before starting the job, the Foreman and his righthand verified the work that would be completed, broke down the sequence of events, and answered our last-minute questions. We asked questions about the crew when we received the Day 1 evaluation call and learned that the company strives to give youths a chance to learn the trade and work up through the ranks. After the job was completed, the leads reviewed what was completed, told us what to expect, and signed the final paperwork to activate the warranty.

Our water problem was unique because we had water streaming down the sides of our basement walls so the solution was unique as well. Everydry worked diligently to find a solution to our water problem. They installed french drains both inside and outside of our home as well as two sump pumps in our basement. The cost of all of the work remained constant as stated in our contract. I have to disclose that it took almost 2 years to get our basement dry, but Everydry gave us a dry basement as promised. We highly recommend contacting Everydry for any wet basement problems. You will feel confident that you're getting a professional team to help you.

EverDry installed a basement water proofing system in my home a few years ago. At the time of install I opted for the backup battery. I suggest to invest in the battery. When the lights go out and it's raining outside ...you will be glad that the system is still working and redirecting the water away from your home because of the battery pack. EverDry has been a supportive and attentive company from day one. If you need water proofing. They are the ones to call.

Installed the EverDry waterproofing system in our basement in 2013 and this was one of the best investments we made to our home. Prior to installation, anytime there was an extremely heavy rain our basement would get wet. At times it was coming in faster than we could keep up with it. What a nightmare. Since installing this system our basement has been dry and any issues or questions we have had with our system Everydry has always been quick to respond. Their staff is friendly and helpful. To date we have only had to change the battery. System has been working excellent. Would recommend EveryDry to anyone who has a wet basement.

Great company, my home has a interior french drain system with 2 sump pumps installed by them. A few years ago I had a sump pump go bad during a bad rain week, and they came same day and replaced it.

We have had their system for years. It's the best thing we did. We spent many evenings shop vacuuming water out of the basement. Since install we have not had any water. There warranty work is also great one call and they are here promptly. Best money spent!

In 2010 I came upon the Everdry waterproofing booth at the Pittsburgh Home Show. I had them come to inspect my house because I had serious water problems. They made an appointment to do the work and stated that if they had a crew free before then and they called -If I agreed to have them start they would take $2000 of the job. They did and I agreed. They did a superb job and my basement has been completely dry since. It was expensive but my house would probably be unlivable by now with the water problems we have in this town and the climate changes.

Everdry Waterproofing had worked on our house prior to us purchasing it. The warranty transferred process was simple and it gave us a peace of mind knowing that our basement was safe. Recently Everdry came to check in on the work they had done, and they updated some of the electrical items for the sub pump in the basement at no cost. Their staff is friendly, helpful, and professional, especially Michele. She is great and is always willing to help! She offers clear guidance and support too. The Even City Team that I had complete the waterproofing at my house was a great team. Josh (Foreman), Frank, JB, & Cam all worked extremely hard to get the job done one day ahead of schedule. I couldn't be happier with this company! I purchased my house in October of 2020 and the house came with the transferable warranty with Everdry. I paid the $75 to Michelle thinking I would never need to use it and then lo and behold, the first little thaw we had of winter I noticed some leaking in the basement. I called and made an appointment for Roy to come out and take a look. He scheduled me for two weeks later and a group of three guys came out and had everything fixed up and looking beautiful again within 4 hours. I didn't pay an additional cent! I definitely recommend this company for all of your waterproofing needs! Their staff is very knowledgeable about waterproofing and very friendly to deal with. I didn't talk with anybody from this company with a sour attitude and that's something that's rare in the construction field.

Still dry!! It’s been almost 8 years since we had EverDry come to our residence to help keep our basement dry and stop our foundation from being pushed in. It was well worth the money to have an internal and external French drain installed plus the EZBreeze dehumidifier installed. The dehumidifier runs frequently and I here the pump working during heavy wet days. They are definitely doing a great job. I would recommend EverDry to everyone.
 
Pump failed last year and needed a new one installed. Easy to work with setting up appointment and working with the installer. Checked everything and replaced what was needed. New pump is so quiet that I thought it was working. Nice it’s quiet.

I used everdry from Evans City PA they came out and met with me did a walk-through inside and out I had water seeping in the walls in coming in around the foundation and with my problems they were courteous to get me in as soon as possible the crew showed up every day worked in a timely manner was on time knowledgeable and answered all questions that I had and showed me the work that they were doing at the time they dug on the inside and the outside place to sump pumps and a e-z breathe to help purify the air very thorough and professional would recommend Ever Dry.

I noticed a black spot (several feet long)at the bottom of my garage wall.i have seen the everdry commercial on the * V so i decided to give everdry a call.i called everdry and a representative was sent to my home in a couple of days and explained to me that the black spot was a sign of mold starting to develop and he took 3-4 different test and the one test in particular showed the black spot was mold.ji hired everdry and they were in and out in a couple of days. they did a fantastic job and the business was conducted very well.after each day of serivice i was contacted by a office manager asking questions on how the service was conducted and was i satisfied with the service.after each day i was extremly satisfied.

The crew was respectful, informative, thorough and happy to answer my many questions. They protected items in the area that could not be moved. They also walked me through the area every day, answering questions and explaining what to expect the following day. Two supervisors stopped by at least once every day to check on the progress as well. They also pointed out areas that may be contributing to the water issue that I may want to have checked out. I was very impressed with the cleanup after the job was completed, both inside and outside. While I can't post as to the results of the project since it was just completed, I feel fortunate to have connected with EverDry - a company that truly seemed to care about my basement/garage problems, willing to go the extra step and not just interested in completing the job and moving on to the next one.

I recently bought a home in Sharon that had an EverDry warranty. It was easy to transfer the warranty to my name. It was easy to file a claim when we had some water issues in the basement. They resolved it quickly and were professional.

They did both the outside and inside. You can't even tell where they dug outside and didn't disturb the landscaping around where they worked. They explained everything they did and how it works. Besides the noise at times, which was unavoidable and necessary, you barely knew they were here. When they were finished, they did a walk-through and explained everything, answered any questions and cleaned up nicely. The price was reasonable and less than others I know that had their basements done. I definitely would recommend them.

Everdry is fantastic. When I purchased my house in 2012, I knew there were some dampness issues in the basement walls. When I saw visible water streaming out of the wall during a heavy rainstorm, that was enough for me. I called Everdry and they walked me through the waterproofing process. The whole process went very smoothly and it resolved our water issues in the basement. I had a little recurrence a couple months later, but Everdry came back out, diagnosed the problem and corrected it. There's nothing like having peace of mind that any water issues affecting my basement are resolved. It allowed me to have my basement finished and turned into a fantastic living space. Everdry was recommended to my wife and I by neighbors who had the company waterproof their basement. Their salesman fully explained to us their different programs and a site manager came to explain preparations that we would have to make prior to the work being done. Tony and his crew showed up at the appointed date and time and immediately commenced their work. Tony explained what he and his crew intended to do for the day and he pretty much stayed on schedule. We had rain and a foot of snow during the time work was being done so there was a lot of dirt and mud. Tony and his crew did the best the could to clean up after themselves. They laid plastic down over our kitchen carpet and the carpeted stairs leading to the basement.. They did the best they could mopping up the down stairs prior to leaving. They also reinstalled our deep sinks, washer and dryer, and made our deep freezer and refrigerator accessible A full cleanup was not possible because of the concrete had to cure preventing the full movement of work benches, furniture, and rug. Work was done to waterproof the outside walls of our basement and soil was replaced. The company will return in the spring to replace the decretive stones after the soil has settled. It is too early to comment on the effectiveness of the waterproofing work that was done. However, weep holes in our basement walls were functioning as were the interior drains and sump pump. I will add to my review after the passing of several months to express my opinion of the work that was done. Presently, I would highly recommend this company to waterproof an existing basement.
